I build and run the machine that puts qualified meetings on your calendar.
I work with boutique planning and revenue-operations consultancies, the firms on the Anaplan, Pigment and Varicent partner pages, whose work comes entirely from referrals. I build the machine that finds the right companies, watches for the moment they're in motion, reaches the person who owns the problem in the founder's own voice, lands them on a page that scores them, and puts held meetings on the calendar. Ninety days to build it, then I run it.
Where does your new work come from today?
Five parts, and I build all five.
- 01
Database
Every company that fits, every decision-maker inside it, in the client's CRM, scored so the ones in motion float up.

The pilot's scoring sheet, twenty consultancies, names covered · 9 Oct 2026 - 02
Signals
Weekly automated watching for hires, new leaders, platform changes, fiscal-year openings, acquisitions.
- 03
Reach
Sequences in the founder's voice from warmed domains, LinkedIn cadence from the founder's own profile.

A first-step email from the pilot, sent, recipient covered · 8 Oct 2026 - 04
Landing point
The site as the door: a diagnostic that scores the visitor, content at stable addresses, readable by AI engines.

The check's result card, from my own run · 9 Oct 2026 - 05
Scoreboard
One dashboard: database, reached, replies, diagnostics completed, meetings held. Weekly, from day thirty-one.
Three ways in.
Pipeline Audit
Where the firm sits on each of the five parts, scored, with the three things between it and a working machine. One document, one call.

A pipeline audit, run on my own practice · 9 Oct 2026 The Ninety-Day Build
The machine, built. Profile fixed with the founder, database, signals, sequences from the firm's own material, warmed domains, the landing point, the scoreboard.
Run
The machine operated. Inbox twice a day, sequences, signals, a weekly one-page report, one variable changed a week from what the replies say.
What counts as a result.
- A meeting held
- with a titled decision-maker
- at a company that fits the profile
- sourced by the machine
All four, recorded in the CRM as fields, or it didn't happen.

The person running it.
Early on I interned in receivables at Schlumberger and then in accounts and finance at Bank Al Baraka. It's the reason a planning model reads to me like a ledger.
Later I worked on the Pigment team at Voiant. That's where I learned who signs for planning work and how the partner pages read to the people listed on them. The vocabulary came with it.
I write every sequence myself. If it doesn't sound like the founder, it doesn't go out.
I work Islamabad hours that overlap the US morning.
Start with the check.
Ten questions, two minutes. Nothing to fill in first, and you get the read I'd give you on a first call.
